Job summary

Openwork LLC in Stafford, TX partners with a high-growth manufacturing facility to hire a Warehouse Associate/General Labor on a daytime shift. This role starts as a two-week high-priority warehouse transformation project, with hands-on duties to organize, clean, and reconfigure the floor to boost efficiency.

Successful candidates who demonstrate reliability and problem-solving will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position on the Assembly Team, with full benefits and internal

Responsibilities

• Organize & Optimize: sort supplies, clear outdated materials, streamline inventory storage.
• Deep Clean: clean and service warehouse equipment and parts (including pressure washing).
• Reset the Floor: reconfigure layouts and stage cleaned equipment for smooth operations.

Pay: $15.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Great daytime shift - no late nights, no weekends!)

The Houston team at Openwork has teamed up with a high-growth manufacturing facility in Stafford, and we are hunting for a self-motivated go-getter ready to make an immediate impact.

This starts as a high-priority, two-week warehouse transformation project. Prove your work ethic, efficiency, and sharp eye for detail, and you could immediately transition into a permanent role on the Assembly Team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Organize & Optimize: Take charge of sorting supplies, clearing out outdated materials, and streamlining inventory storage.
• Deep Clean: Restore warehouse equipment and parts to peak shape (including hands-on pressure washing).
• Reset the Floor: Reconfigure layouts and stage cleaned equipment for seamless operational flow.
