Job summary

Qualifications

• Should be capable of operation of mobile equipment.
• Experience around moving machinery preferred.

• Willing and able to work overtime and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently perform housekeeping and manual labor tasks throughout the plant.
• Fill in when needed in all areas of plant operation as directed by supervisor.
• Safely operate mobile equipment when necessary.
• Participate in any required training to improve performance or efficiency.
• Write work orders for maintenance and safety concerns.
• Communicate problems or areas of concern to supervisor and coordinate with coworkers.
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Summary

General Laborer position requirements include, but are not limited to, general plant labor and clean-up of production areas; observe, monitor and report any conditions that could lead to product nonconformity or other irregularity; being trained in various entry-level production positions and fills in as needed during vacation, absences, and increased production demands. Operate small equipment; replace or assist other workers as needed or directed; and other duties as assigned by management.
