• Team Player: willing to travel across the US and learn from on‑the‑job training.
• Other Duties: help where needed to keep operations moving smoothly.

About the role

As a General Laborer, you'll be the backbone of our projects, handling a variety of hands‑on tasks while helping build some of the coldest and most essential facilities in the country. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and hit the road, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What you'll do:

• Shop Maintenance : Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards by picking up tools and equipment, securing the site each day.
• Material Handling : Assisting with the setup and teardown of job sites, loading/unloading trucks, and moving materials where they're needed most.
• Safety First : Following safety and incident reporting procedures like a pro. If there's a concern, you'll bring it to the attention of the Superintendent or Director of Safety.
• Team Player : Willing to travel across the US and learn from on-the-job training as needed.
• Positive Attitude : Showing up every day with a clean appearance and a motivated, can‑do attitude.
• Other Duties : Lend a hand wherever needed to keep things moving smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• While a high school diploma or GED is preferred, your experience and positive attitude can get you in the door! (You do need to be at least 18, though.)
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items for extended periods of time.
• You'll need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work well with others and communicate effectively.
• While travel is infrequent, some travel may be required.
• Weekend and evening hours sometimes required.
