How You'll Spend Your Time:

• Shop Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards by picking up tools and equipment, securing the site each day.
• Material Handling: Assisting with the setup and teardown of job sites, loading/unloading trucks, and moving materials where they're needed most.
• Safety First: Following safety and incident reporting procedures like a pro. If there's a concern, you'll bring it to the attention of the Superintendent or Director of Safety.
• Team Player: Willing to travel across the US and learn from on-the-job training as needed.
• Positive Attitude: Showing up every day with a clean appearance and a motivated, can-do attitude.
• Other Duties: Lend a hand wherever needed to keep things moving smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• School of Life Graduate: While a high school diploma or GED is preferred, your experience and positive attitude can get you in the door! (You do need to be at least 18, though.)
• Strength & Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy items for extended periods of time.
• Reliable Ride: You'll need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Communication Skills: Able to work well with others and communicate effectively.
• Ability to Travel:While travel is infrequent, some travel may be required.
• Flexible Schedule:Weekend and evening hours sometimes required.
