Wildcat possesses the capability to self-perform various civil construction tasks, including earthwork, site preparation, concrete and asphalt paving, civil and structural concrete, rock excavation, piling and sheet piling, sub-grade stabilization, and water/wastewater treatment facilities. Additionally, we have extensive experience with underground utilities such as sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer, and main electrical distribution.
The Sherwood Companies have a proven track record of completing diverse projects, ranging from General Construction to Construction Management and Design-Build projects, serving both public and private clients. Our project portfolio includes urban expressways, bridges, underground utilities, dam construction, asphalt/concrete paving, and water/wastewater treatment plants.
Under general supervision, performs duties necessary in the heavy highway construction industry, ensuring safety and efficiency. The candidate must operate safely, following PPE and process requirements, and be willing to travel between job sites.
The physical requirements include handling heavy workloads, multitasking, effective verbal communication, and physical activities such as standing, sitting, bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
