Are you ready to take on an exciting general labor role in pest control that allows you to work independently and enjoy the outdoors? Rid-A-Bird, a locally owned and operated company specializing in bird abatement, is looking for a passionate part-time General Laborer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an outdoor / job site environment. and businesses. The work primarily involves roof work, assisting in placing bird deterrents around homes and businesses. As a laborer you will be performing many different maintenance activities and be responsible for safety and efficiency.

This general labor role starts as a part-time position with the intention of moving toward full-time! You will receive a starting pay of $17 per hour.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS GENERAL LABOR ROLE

As our part-time General Laborer, you start your morning by preparing for the day's tasks, grabbing your equipment, and heading out to various job sites. Your work primarily involves roof work, assisting our technicians with inspections and treatments around homes and businesses, especially focusing on solar panels. You tackle outdoor challenges, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective service. You will contribute to creating a bird-free environment for our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Agile and comfortable working with ladders
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, and good driving record
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs
