Job Title: General Laborer

We are seeking a Full-Time Laborer to work with our team. No prior experience? No problem! We will provide training. Our shop services include repairing, upgrading, reconditioning, and re-manufacturing electrical equipment, from a single circuit breaker to complete substations. Responsibilities

• Work indoors and outdoors as required.
• Stand, walk, squat, and kneel throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Coordinate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Follow quality standards and safety policies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds frequently, 25 pounds continuously).
