Job summary

System One in Fairless Hills, PA is seeking a General Laborer for an onsite contract-to-hire role. You will perform general labor tasks to support daily operations and production activities.

The position requires 3 years of experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and reliable transportation to the job site. Hours are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with compensation $18–$20 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in general labor or similar roles.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety protocols.
• Reliable transportation to the job site in Fairless Hills, PA.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and workplace etiquette.
