Job summary

System One in Lehi, UT is seeking a General Laborer for a contract assignment onsite. You will recondition, clean, and organize formwork to rental-ready standards and support construction activities in a yard environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to work outdoors year-round, and willing to learn with a strong safety mindset. Steel-toed boots and basic English required; 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Lehi, UT

Type: Contract

Compensation: $18/hour

Work Model: Onsite

Hours: Monday through Friday (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Responsibilities

• Recondition, clean, and organize formwork to rental-ready standards
• Operate and assist with equipment used in construction projects (e.g., high-rise buildings, bridges, tunnels, power plants, and mines)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized yard environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in a yard facility
• Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Interest in learning the trade with potential for growth
• Previous warehouse, yard, or construction labor experience is a plus
• Must be able to work in outdoor conditions year-round
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Steel-toed boots with metatarsal guards required
• Basic understanding of English
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
