C&H Industrial is hiring General Laborers in Decatur, AL for a hands-on role supporting industrial facilities with heavy cleaning and equipment operation.

Earn $17.00-$19.00/hour with overtime, weekly pay, and opportunities to advance into lead roles as you gain experience on the job.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty equipment and assist with cleaning tasks.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate Heavy-Duty Equipment: Learn to safely operate industrial vacuum trucks, hydro blasting equipment, and other specialized cleaning equipment.
• Stay Active: Perform physical work in industrial environments while lifting, climbing, bending, and moving throughout the day.
• Work Safely: Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures while wearing required PPE.
• Travel to Different Job Sites: Work in a variety of industrial facilities with occasional travel opportunities.
• Be Part of a Team: Work alongside experienced teammates who support one another and help everyone succeed.
• Maintain Equipment: Inspect equipment, identify potential issues, and report maintenance needs.
• Flexible Scheduling: We operate 24/7, so overtime, nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel may be required.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
• Warehouse, construction, manufacturing, landscaping, industrial, or general labor experience preferred.
• Forklift or equipment experience is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and skills.
• Ability to pass a medical screening and drug test.
• Must remain clean-shaven for respirator safety.
• Willing to travel and work flexible schedules.
