Job Title: General Laborer

Join our rapidly growing team at Bone Dry Roofing! We are looking for dedicated General Laborers to service our customers around the Dayton area.

Responsibilities

• Represent Bone Dry Roofing with professionalism, punctuality, and integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service with honesty and respect.
• Meet the physical demands of outdoor work.
• Complete jobs efficiently and prior to deadlines.
• Interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Install signage at customer sites.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance of company vehicles.
• Assist in material pickup and job setup.
• Ensure safety equipment is properly used and installed.
• Help keep the office yard organized and materials stored properly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Travel within Dayton area up to 5%.
• Availability to work two Saturdays per month (March - November).
• Military service is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay between $18.00 and $20.00, based on experience.
