Job summary
Ōnin Staffing is seeking Production Machine Operators to join our plastics and machine team in Clover, SC. You will assist with daily manual operations, handle thermoplastics, and support CNC teams while helping maintain a safe, efficient facility.

Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, plastics, machine shop, or warehouse preferred but not required; training available.
- Ability to speak and understand English; bilingual candidates welcomed.
- Dependable, punctual and has a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift during an 8-hour shift.
Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Fabricate PVC product by loading raw materials into a punch press.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, stack, and move plastic parts and materials safely.
- Shop & Fabrication Support: Prep materials, sort components, and package finished products.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Instruction & Workflow: Report to Plant Manager and complete tasks safely and promptly.

In this role, you will assist with daily manual operations, support our custom plastics manufacturing and CNC teams, handle thermoplastic materials, and ensure the facility remains safe and efficient.

- Machine Operation: Fabricate PVC product by loading raw materials in to a punch press machine
- Material Handling: Load, unload, stack, and move plastic pipes, fittings, sheets, and raw materials throughout the shop and warehouse safely.
- Shop & Fabrication Support: Assist machine operators, CNC technicians, and fabricators by prepping materials, sorting components, and packaging finished plastic products.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by clearing debris, organizing tools, and adhering to plant safety guidelines.
- Instruction & Workflow: Report directly to the Plant Manager on daily assignments and complete tasks in a timely, safety-conscious manner.
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing, plastics, machine shop, or warehouse setting is preferred, but not required— we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Language Skills: Ability to speak and understand English is preferred; bilingual candidates are strongly welcomed.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform physical labor throughout an 8-hour shift, as well as lift large bulky plastic components or materials as needed.
