Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking Production Machine Operators to join our plastics and machine team in Clover, SC. You will assist with daily manual operations, handle thermoplastics, and support CNC teams while helping maintain a safe, efficient facility.

We offer a 1st shift schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days. This contract-to-hire opportunity values your contributions from day one and provides growth potential within a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, plastics, machine shop, or warehouse preferred but not required; training available.
• Ability to speak and understand English; bilingual candidates welcomed.
• Dependable, punctual and has a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift during an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Fabricate PVC product by loading raw materials into a punch press.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, stack, and move plastic parts and materials safely.
• Shop & Fabrication Support: Prep materials, sort components, and package finished products.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Instruction & Workflow: Report to Plant Manager and complete tasks safely and promptly.
