Job Description
This is a full-time (40+ hours) position working rotating shift. Pixelle Specialty Solutions, Chillicothe Mill, is accepting applications for production positions (i.e., paper machines, shipping, roll wrap, coating, stock preparation, sheeters, woodyard, pulp mill). The starting pay during the 90-day probationary period is $18.40/hour. Upon successful completion of probation and department assignment, pay increases to a minimum of $24.12/hour, plus shift differential. The mill operates 24/7, so candidates must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, nights, overtime, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should be capable of moving into more senior operations roles within the mill.
