Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with proficiency in math and reading comprehension
• Preferred: Two years of manufacturing experience
• Strongly preferred: SAP experience
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral), interpersonal, and organizational skills

Position Responsibilities

1. Perform production activities, including handling, staging, and replenishing bulk totes, raw materials, commodities, and components (bottles, caps, pumps)
2. Verify correct component numbers for production runs
3. Stack and move pallets of components or finished products
4. Ensure correct SAP stickers and paperwork are attached to pallets
5. Prepare pallets of finished goods for transfer to the warehouse
6. Return unused components to designated areas for line clearance
7. Complete all required paperwork according to SOPs, WI, and attachments
8. Audit finished products for quality, appearance, label placement, and batch code accuracy
9. Maintain a clean, organized production area in compliance with quality and FDA good manufacturing practices
10. Follow, promote, and enforce safety rules within the facility
11. Operate electric pallet-jack as needed
12. Serve as backup to the Equipment Operator as requested
