Job summary

CoVolt Power in Missouri is seeking a field-based, hands-on technician to contribute to the construction of a solar field. This role supports the mechanical scope and requires outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

You will perform activities such as string line, laser alignment, pile and tracker installation and remediation, and module staging and QA/QC tasks. A strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and following precise instructions is essential.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Able to perform repetitive actions (stoop, bend, push, pull, reach).
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Able to follow precise instructions and receive feedback.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work with others.
• Experience on construction projects preferred.
• Work outdoors in varying or extreme weather conditions.
• Safety awareness for loud noises, dust, debris, and hazards.

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors
• Experience working on construction projects preferred
• This position requires working outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
