Job summary

Campbell Soup is seeking a Seasonal Production Worker at our Honolulu, Hawaii facility. The position requires wearing personal protective equipment, following health and safety standards, and assisting on the production floor during the July–October seasonal window.

You will inspect all incoming tomatoes, maintain equipment and a clean workstation, and work shifts from 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, or 10pm to 6am, seven days a week with overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Diligence in following health and safety standards.

Education / Experience

High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50-pound buckets of material
• Physical dexterity
• Shovel, wrap hoses, scrub and general housekeeping
• Push, pull, bend, scoop, climb stairs, twist, squat and stand for long periods of time

Work Environment

• Seasonal / Temporary – July through October timeframe
• Indoor food processing plant environment – hot, humid and noisy
• Seven-days per week (Monday through Sunday) – must be able to work any shift (6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am)
• Overtime when needed and on call as well as alternate schedules

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
