Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring a General Labor / Sanitation worker for a large food manufacturing facility. The role is full-time with a graveyard shift (9pm to 5:30am) and overtime as needed, including weekends.

You will perform deep cleaning of equipment, monitor chemical concentrations, maintain sanitation logs, and support training of new team members in a GMP-driven environment. This temp-to-hire opportunity may lead to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Overnight shifts and mandatory weekends.
• Experience in a food production environment preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and cleanliness.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning and sanitation of food production equipment and facility areas
• Disassemble and reassemble production equipment for cleaning
• Clean equipment using COP and CIP systems
• Monitor and test chemical concentrations and document results
• Maintain sanitation logs, charts, and required paperwork
• Inventory sanitation supplies and materials
• Follow GMP, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines
• Operate sanitation-related systems and equipment
• Assist with training new team members
• Cross-train in other plant areas as required

Full-time; Graveyard shift. Standard schedule is 9pm to 5:30am, but hours may vary based on production needs. Overtime: 10 to 12 hour shifts as required. Weekends will be mandatory at times.

We are hiring a General Labor / Sanitation worker for a large food manufacturing facility that produces packaged baked goods and food products distributed nationwide. This is a third-shift temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a permanent employee!
