Tyson Foods is seeking an entry level general labor worker for 2nd shift in Arkansas. Duties include performing tasks assigned by the supervisor, maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. All duties as assigned by supervisor Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.

Compensation & Hours

Compensation: 17.15/hr.

Hours: 2nd Shift

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work under minimum supervision

• Must be able to stand throughout 8-9 hour shift
• Must be able to maintain line speed
• Must be able to lift as needed up to 40 pounds

• All Tyson Team Members are responsible for safety. This includes but is not limited to personal safety and food safety.

Other Hiring Criteria

• Accepting Rehires: Yes
• 3 x Rule: If you have worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times you are ineligible for rehire.
• Rehire waiting period: 6 months or 180 days.
