Responsibilities

• Inspect finished aluminum and metal products for quality, damage, and defects
• Carefully wrap, package, and prepare finished products for shipping
• Label, organize, and stack packaged materials
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the production area
• Sort products based on size, type, and customer orders
• Verify quantities and packaging accuracy against work orders
• Use basic hand tools and packaging equipment
• Support machine operators and production team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow safety guidelines and quality control procedures
• Work collaboratively to meet daily production and shipping goals

Pay Rate

$20.00/hour

Available Shift Times

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (First Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect finished aluminum and metal products for quality, damage, and defects

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, packing, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting and packaging products
• Comfortable handling aluminum and metal materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn new tasks and assist in different production areas
• Basic ability to read labels, work orders, and measurements
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfort working in active manufacturing and warehouse environments
• Willing to handle long or irregularly shaped materials with appropriate assistance or equipment
• Ability to wear PPE and follow safety procedures
