Job summary

Integrity Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift in Alpharetta, GA. The role runs from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM and pays $19.00 per hour, offering hands-on learning in a supportive team environment and opportunities to grow within the organization.

You will receive, inspect, label, and organize products, pick and pack orders, load and unload materials, stock inventory, perform counts, process shipments and returns, and maintain a clean, safe workspace with your teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes; adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
• Stock shelves and organize inventory to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Process shipments, transfers, and returns.
• Use warehouse equipment safely and according to procedures.
• Identify and report damaged products, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as needed.
