Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or material movement experience preferred.
• Forklift operation knowledge or ability to learn forklift and other company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of fabrication processes and machinery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and plant regulations to prevent injuries or damage.
• Assemble materials and package finished products for transport to customers.
• Operate machinery or stations as directed by team lead to meet schedules.
• Maintain equipment with basic hand tools and report any issues.
• Keep records of production, waste, and quality checks; report discrepancies.
• Maintain 5S standards and good housekeeping at all times.
• Support the facility’s mission and participate in required trainings.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
