Job summary

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc is seeking an entry-level team member for the Service Department. You will detail cranes, heavy trucks, and assist with general building and grounds maintenance in a full-time, non-exempt role with benefits and a $100 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.

Essential tasks include yard upkeep, loading/unloading cranes, inventory of rigging, and ensuring safety compliance while operating tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Must work 40 hours per week plus possible overtime.
• Must have a valid Driver's License with acceptable MVR.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong initiative; able to work independently.
• Safety around moving machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform yard tasks: maintenance and cleanup of equipment, buildings and surrounding area.
• Assist in loading/unloading cranes, crane components and vendor deliveries.
• Inventory and organize rigging, shackles, blocks and lifting components.
• Keep yard forklifts clean and organized; maintain appearance.
• Stack and maintain blocking and timbers in designated area.
• Maximize yard efficiency and storage capacity through organization.
• Safely operate hand and power tools and related equipment.
• Follow safety requirements and regulatory guidelines.
