Job summary

Crunch Pak in Cashmere facility is seeking production team members for a swing shift in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience required; training provided. You will rotate through roles including general labor, packing, and tray filling, with emphasis on safety and quality. Pay starts at $18.10 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential, with opportunities to advance based on performance and attendance.

Employees work in a cold environment and must follow PPE and safety procedures.

Job Duties:

Production Positions – Brief Role Summaries

General Labor Employees must be able to perform all assigned roles and may frequently rotate between these roles.

• Stacks product boxes onto pallets safely and efficiently, ensuring pallet stability while following quality, safety, and ergonomic standards.
• Supplies production lines with required materials and ingredients on time, removes empty containers, and maintains continuous workflow.

Packing Operator (Bags & Trays)

• Manually packs bags and trays, inspects quality, seals boxes, and maintains clean and efficient packing stations.

Tray Filling Operator (Manual)

• Fills trays with approved ingredients accurately and consistently while maintaining food safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work in cold environment – gloves provided (temperature 27-45 degrees).
• Work around chemicals – (primarily Chlorine).
• Work with hands in water.
• Work in a loud environment – hearing protection provided and mandatory.
• Ability to stand long periods of times (Up to 10-12 hours).
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Ability to bend and stoop.
• Ability to work in a repetitive motion environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to distinguish color.
• Ability to read and write in English or Spanish.
• Ability to sustain good attendance. More than 3 attendance violations (tardy, early exit or all-day absence) in the first 30 days of employment will result in termination.
