Job summary

Crunch Pak in Cashmere facility is seeking production team members for a swing shift in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience required; training provided. You will rotate through roles including general labor, packing, and tray filling, with emphasis on safety and quality. Pay starts at $18.10 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential, with opportunities to advance based on performance and attendance.

Employees work in a cold environment and must follow PPE and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — training provided.
• Ability to work at a consistent pace with accuracy.

• Ability to read and write in English, Spanish, or native language.

Responsibilities

• Fill trays, pack bags and trays, seal boxes, and stack boxes onto pallets
• Replenish materials and ingredients and remove empty containers to maintain workflow
• Support production line operations to meet daily production goals
• Follow standardized work instructions and quality requirements
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Use required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
