Job summary

Paragon Tempered Glass, LLC is hiring Glass Handlers to join all three shifts in Antwerp, OH. You will load, seam, unload and inspect glass as part of a rotating assignment, with training provided.

Qualifications

• 18+, able to pass drug screen & background check.
• Ability to detect blemishes on finished goods: scratches, chips, paint runs
• Read/Write English
• Basic Math Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Positive attitude, ready to learn and adapt
• Manufacturing Experience preferred, not required
• Physical Requirements: Standing and lifting up to 50 lbs. across 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Load, seam, unload, and inspect glass on the line with training provided.
• Assignments rotate to keep the work interesting.
• Maintain quality checks and safety protocols on the line.

The Role

Load, seam, unload, and inspect glass on the line. We train you on handling, loading, and quality checks — assignments rotate, so it stays interesting.

Shifts & Pay

Reports to: Shift Supervisor · Pay type: Hourly · Location: Antwerp, OH

Scheduled Mandatory Overtime as needed.

1st Shift

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Base Pay: $17.50 per hour

2nd Shift

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Base Pay: $17.50 per hour
• Shift Premium: $1.00 per hour

3rd Shift

• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Base Pay: $17.50 per hour
• Shift Premium: $1.00 per hour

Requirements
