Job summary

Custom Staffing is seeking dependable Production Team Members for a fast-paced glass manufacturing environment in Upper Sandusky, OH. This temporary role may involve fabrication, inspection, assembly, and packing across various production areas.

Shifts include 1st and 2nd, with 10-hour or 8-hour schedules and overtime. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in a non-temperature-controlled environment, and maintain attendance and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move glass between racks, workstations, and equipment
• Monitor automated production equipment
• Cut, count, seam, and inspect glass for quality
• Assist with assembly, priming, and bonding
• Pack finished glass products
• Operate handheld power tools and potentially a forklift
• Complete required production documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Production Team Member

Location: Upper Sandusky, OH | Shift: 1st Shift & 2nd shift
Pay: $16.60/hour (1st shift) $18.60/hour (2nd shift) |
Position Type: Temporary

Schedule

• 10-Hour Schedule: Mon–Thurs 6:00 AM–4:00 PM. Daily OT may be required. Fri & Sat as needed.
• 8-Hour Schedule: Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. Daily OT may be required. Sat as needed; occasional Sun.
• 10-Hour Schedule (Evening): Mon–Thurs 4:00 PM–2:00 AM. Daily OT may be required. Fri & Sat as needed.
• 8-Hour Schedule (Evening): Mon–Fri 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. Daily OT may be required. Sat as needed; occasional Sun.

Required overtime may vary based on production needs.
