Inframark is hiring a General Construction Laborer

Join our Engineering team as a Laborer and contribute to our construction projects. This role involves assisting with site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, and maintaining safety standards.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday - 10-hour days

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
2. Load and unload construction materials.
3. Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
4. Follow instructions from supervisors and implement construction plans.
5. Help craft workers with their duties.
6. Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the construction manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

Physical Demands, Hazards, and Working Conditions:

• Stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, talk, and hear regularly.
• Occasional climbing over equipment and handling dexterous tasks.
• Work often occurs in wet, humid, outdoor environments with potential exposure to dangerous substances, dirt, grease, and moving mechanical parts, requiring protective equipment.
• Moderate noise levels typical of construction sites.
