Job summary
The JOY FM is seeking a reliable construction helper in Aiken, SC. You will assist carpenters and superintendents, keep sites clean, deliver materials, and operate a skid steer and power tools. You may drive the company truck as needed.
Expect a role with varied tasks, from minor painting and drywall to framing and masonry. The job offers vacation and other benefits, with pay ranging from $16 to $20 per hour based on experience.
Qualifications
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years in construction or related field.
- Ability to follow directions and work without direct supervision.
Responsibilities
- Keep job sites clean and organized.
- Assist carpenters and superintendents with daily tasks.
- Deliver materials to job sites.
- Haul debris and waste from sites.
- Complete punch list items as needed.
- Perform minor painting, drywall, concrete, carpentry, framing and masonry work.
- Operate skid steer, hand tools and power tools; drive company truck.

Reliability, valid drivers license, clean driving record, 5 years of construction experience, ability to follow directions and work without direct supervision.
Pay is based on experience and ranges from $16 to $20 per hour.
