1-800-GOT-JUNK? Baltimore Franchise is seeking a Truck Team Member to work in a two-person crew, traveling to homes and businesses to clear out items. You will load, lift up to 75 pounds, and ensure satisfaction with a friendly, efficient service.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong customer communication, with opportunities for leadership as you gain experience on the team.

Formación

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Work with a teammate in a branded 1-800-GOT-JUNK? truck.
• Travel to residential and commercial locations in Baltimore.
• Safely lift, carry and load items up to 75 pounds.
• Sort materials for donation, recycling or disposal.
• Provide courteous, professional service at every appointment.
• Coordinate with dispatch to stay on schedule.
• Begin shifts from approved remote locations when available.

Your Day-to-Day

• Work alongside a teammate in a branded 1-800-GOT-JUNK? truck
• Travel to residential and commercial locations throughout Baltimore
• Safely lift, carry, and load items weighing up to 75 pounds
• Sort collected materials for donation, recycling, or disposal
• Keep approved items collected from customer jobs
• Provide courteous, professional service at every appointment
• Coordinate with dispatch to stay on schedule
• Begin shifts from an approved remote location when available

Compensation and Benefits

• Average total earnings of $24–$28 per hour, including base pay, profit share, and tips
