West Liberty Foods, a leading food manufacturer, is hiring General Labor in Tremonton, UT. The role offers a 2nd shift with a base hourly wage of $18.80 plus a $1.50 shift premium, supporting production of raw and ready-to-eat products.

No prior experience is required, but food manufacturing experience is a plus. Candidates must be 18+, able to pass pre-employment screens, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience: No previous experience is necessary.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorships available.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical Abilities: Stand, lift 50 pounds, work at line speed.

Base Hourly Wage: $18.80 per hour

Shift Premium: $1.50 per hour

Job Summary

General Labor positions include a variety of manual or tool-assisted, repetitive tasks to produce raw and ready‑to‑eat products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive tasks to ensure the process is being followed to ensure the product is packaged and placed into boxes and onto pallets according to specifications.
• Perform duties to formulate different types of products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Experience: No previous experience is necessary. Experience in food manufacturing or processing is a plus.
• Age: Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorships are available.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical Abilities:
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including above the head and below the waist.
  • Must be able to work at line speed with the ability to make coordinated hand and finger movements.
• Environmental: Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
• Flexibility: Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed. Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
• Compliance: Must practice good personal hygiene. Candidates must successfully pass a post‑offer/pre‑employment drug test, background screen, physical and E‑Verify.
