Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. in Rogers, AR is hiring for a 1st shift role with a base pay of $16.70 per hour. Schedule runs Monday through Friday with possible Saturdays; hours vary by line. A daily incentive of $40–$80 may be earned in addition to hourly wage for Debone and Hand Cutters. Training is provided for up to 8 weeks.

The position emphasizes safety, physical stamina, and ability to stand long hours. Applicants must meet job requirements and complete on-site tasks after applying.

Qualifications

• There is 180 days (6 months) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members.
• Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
• This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.

• Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America)

Responsibilities

• Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules
• Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions.
• Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.
• Must be able to perform the duties of the position.
• Be willing to stand 8- 10 hours a day.
• Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
• Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed.
• Must have good hand/eye coordination.
• Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed.
