L&M Corrugated Container is hiring for General Labor on the 2nd shift in Colorado. The role runs Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm, with starting pay at $20.00 per hour and opportunities to advance within a family-owned company.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; training is provided and the team emphasizes safety and quality. Ideal candidates are dependable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and eager to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and perform multiple job functions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Feed corrugated into production machines
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers
• Work with lead operators to keep production running efficiently
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Bundle and prepare finished orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Complete work orders based on production needs
