Job summary

L&M Corrugated is hiring General Labor for the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. The role runs Monday through Friday from 5:30am to 2:00pm, with starting pay at $20.00 per hour.

No manufacturing experience is required, as training and advancement opportunities are provided to help you grow within the company. As a General Labor team member, you will support production by feeding corrugating machines, assisting with setups, and helping maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and perform multiple job functions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Feed corrugated into production machines
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers
• Work with lead operators to keep production running efficiently
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Bundle and prepare finished orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Complete work orders based on production needs
