Job summary

JARP Industries, Inc. is seeking a General Labor/Production Floater for the 1st shift in Schofield, WI. This full-time role supports multiple warehouse tasks under the supervision of the Team Lead or Plant Management.

You will handle material tasks from loading/unloading to parts packing, prints prep, and inventory support, with a focus on safety and teamwork. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00–$23.00 and a robust benefits package as described by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Material handling, shot blasting, parts washing, packaging, CNC & robot tending, and related production tasks.
• Load and unload parts; assist other operators as needed.
• Deliver parts/assemblies to customers or vendors and prepare shop prints.
• Assist with inventory control of materials, parts, and assemblies.

General Labor/Production Floater (1st Shift, Full-Time)

$20.00–$23.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Team Lead or Plant Management Team, the General Laborer/Production Floater will support various task of the warehouse.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Material handling, shot blasting, parts washing, janitorial, cylinder assembly-test-paint and product packaging, CNC & robotic tending, submerged arc weld under operator supervision.
• Maintenance support to load and unload parts.
• Labor assistant to other operators.
• Pick-up and/or deliver parts/assemblies to customers or vendors.
• Make prints for shop packets up in engineering.
• Assist with the inventory control of material, parts and assemblies in the department.

Marginal Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of more efficient manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Assist machine operators and welders as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe workplace.
• Handling and transport of materials, ex: cylinders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
