Job summary

A manufacturing company in Streetsboro, OH, is seeking a Plant Support Associate to assist with various tasks throughout the plant. The role includes moving materials, machine support, and maintaining a safe work environment. The shifts are First Shift (6:00am - 4:30pm, $17.00 hourly) and Second Shift (4:00pm - 2:30am, $19.00 hourly). This position offers weekly pay and the opportunity for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist production operators and supervisors as needed throughout the plant.
• Move raw materials, finished goods, and scrap to designated areas.
• Perform basic machine support tasks (loading/unloading, staging, cleanup).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support packaging, labeling, and palletizing operations.
• Conduct basic inspections and report defects or safety concerns.
• Assist with changeovers, setups, and general plant tasks.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures

Schedule:

[First Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Thursday) + OT on Friday as Needed]

[Second Shift: 4:00pm - 2:30am (Monday - Thursday) + OT as Needed 4:00pm - 4:00am]

Compensation:

[First Shift] $17.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
