Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Breakpack/General Labor in Ontario, CA to prepare customer orders and support daily production goals. This role uses RF scanners and pick-to-voice/cart systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

You may lift up to 70 pounds, work in a physically demanding environment, and adhere to safety protocols. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 2pm–10:30pm with potential overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Breakpack/General Labor you will prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety procedures.In this role, you will utilize warehouse equipment including RF Scanners, Pick to Voice technology, Pick to Cart technology or other methods, depending on specific facility.

Job Title: Warehouse Breakpack/General Labor

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Range: $19.25

Shift: Monday to Friday 2pm-10:30pm

What's the Job?

• Complete all tasks accurately and completely to meet customer requirements

• Sort freight and load trucks according to route sequence

• Unload trailers, sort freight, and load delivery trucks efficiently

• Ensure products are in correct locations and notify supervisors of obstacles

• Stack products neatly and safely within the warehouse and trucks

What's Needed?

• An ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

• Demonstrated regular attendance and punctuality

• Willingness to perform OT as needed

• Adherence to safety protocols, including wearing steel toe/composite toe shoes and safety vests

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
