Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Breakpack/General Labor to join a leading logistics team. The role focuses on accurate order preparation, safety compliance, and efficient use of RF Scanners or Pick to Voice systems. Expect a paid hourly wage and a structured Monday–Friday shift.

Responsibilities include sorting freight, loading/unloading, maintaining order locations, and teamwork to meet daily production goals. This position offers hands-on growth in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 70 pounds by hand.
• Physically demanding work environment.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to perform OT as needed.
• Adheres to safety protocols including footwear and vests.

Job description

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associateto join their team. As a Warehouse Breakpack/General Labor you will prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety procedures.In this role, you will utilize warehouse equipment including RF Scanners, Pick to Voice technology, Pick to Cart technology or other methods, depending on specific facility.

Pay Range:

$19.25

Shift:

Monday to Friday 2pm-10:30pm

What's the Job?

• Complete all tasks accurately and completely to meet customer requirements
• Sort freight and load trucks according to route sequence
• Unload trailers, sort freight, and load delivery trucks efficiently
• Ensure products are in correct locations and notify supervisors of obstacles
• Stack products neatly and safely within the warehouse and trucks

What's Needed?

• An ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Demonstrated regular attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to perform OT as needed
• Adherence to safety protocols, including wearing steel toe/composite toe shoes and safety vests
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
