Surestaff is seeking General Laborers in Memphis, TN to perform physical tasks, assist with loading/unloading, and prepare job sites in varying weather conditions. Training on basic tools is provided, with emphasis on safety and working as part of a team.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliability, and the ability to lift 25-50+ lbs, bend, stand, and move repetitively. We value strong attendance and a proactive work ethic.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not always required)
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (often 25-50+ lbs)
• Basic understanding of safety procedures
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, or machinery
• Requires standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements
