InProduction, Inc. is seeking a diligent warehouse associate to clean and prepare rental equipment, inspect for wear, and maintain organized work areas. The role requires adherence to safety procedures and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with outdoor work conditions.

We value reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Bi-lingual Spanish/English is preferred and a background check with drug screening is required.

Responsabilidades

• Clean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.
• Inspect equipment for damage or wear and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bays and storage zones.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing glass, removing tape/decals).
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.

About the Job

• Clean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.
• Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zones.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing glass, removing tape and decals).
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
• Other duties as required

Education Requirements:

• High school or equivalent

Compensation:

• $18-$20 Hourly
• Overtime Pay
• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Familiar with basic hand tools
• Pay attention to detail and become familiar with industrial equipment
• Able to work overtime occasionally
