Ohio Valley Manufacturing, Inc. in Mansfield, OH is seeking full-time General Laborers for 1st shift (6:00 am – 2:00 pm) and 3rd shift (10:00 pm – 6:00 am). Join a growing team that values dependable, reliable people who can grow with us and contribute to packaging, rework, and press operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug screen initially and thereafter if selected for a random drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills required.
• Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Requires repetitive, continuous movement.
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates bander and shrink wrapper for packaging.
• Performs rework and follows paperwork.
• Safely operates a tow motor.
• Assists with set-ups.
• Performs visual inspection at the press for customer concerns.
• Works well with others.

Currently, we have immediate full-time openings for ***General Laborer ***positions on 1st shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm and 3rd shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am.

Monday - Friday with overtime hours scheduled during weekends as needed.

Essential Job Functions

• Understands the importance of correct packaging: operates bander and shrink wrapper
• Completes rework in a timely manner, follows directions, understands paperwork
• Safely operates a tow motor
• Assists with set-ups
• Understands customer concerns and the importance of visual inspection at the press
• Work well with others
