Job summary

WestRock Company is seeking a General Laborer to support corrugated production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will stack products, perform quality checks, set up materials, and maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with safety protocols.

The role requires reading a tape measure, basic math, and the ability to operate equipment. A high school diploma and 1 year of manufacturing experience are preferred; overtime opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and follow detailed instructions.
• Capable of reading a tape measure and performing basic math.

GENERAL LABOR

$18.95/hr once qualified $24.07/hr+

This role follows a 12-hour shift schedule with a rotation of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off— providing a three-day weekend every other week, along with opportunities for overtime. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS—DAY SHIFT OR NIGHT SHIFT AS ASSIGNED

The Opportunity:

• The General Laborer will safely perform a variety of tasks, including stacking corrugated products, conducting quality checks, completing material set-ups, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a desire to learn manufacturing processes, operate complex machinery, and grow within the company.
