Qualifications

• Associate's degree required in a related field; leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent public relations, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse students and staff and promote professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems; OSHA certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise instructional staff for general industry, production, logistics, and related programs.
• Monitor and schedule certification renewals and retraining sessions; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling, delivery, and evaluation of manufacturing, production, industrial safety, logistics, and other programs.
• Develop, update, and maintain curriculum for related programs.
• Maintain laboratories, facilities, tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Inform administration about changes in classroom activities and schedules.
• Coordinate equipment purchases and assist with grant projects.
• Monitor instructor performance and provide coaching and professional development.
• Ensure training aligns with industry credentials and certifications.
• Build relationships with contractors, manufacturers, and workforce partners.
