Our Residence Inn is located in the heart of Downtown Sacramento, surrounded by parks, shopping, and great dining options. We offer free downtown parking for our team members, and are within walking distance to light rail and RT bus stops.

Role Overview

As a General Housekeeping Attendant, you will work across various areas including laundry, linen delivery, sanitation, and garbage disposal, ensuring the hotel's public areas meet Marriott standards. You will respond to guest and front desk requests promptly and respectfully, and will need to familiarize yourself with our hotel app and manage your assigned cart efficiently. Punctuality and effective communication are essential, and open availability is preferred.

Performance Expectations

Maintain high standards in work procedures, grooming, punctuality, and guest/staff interactions. Be adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of solving routine problems. This role is physically demanding, requiring you to be on your feet often.

Compensation

For California applicants, the anticipated hourly rate is $18, dependent on experience and other factors.
