Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists is recruiting for a General Helper to support daily shop and yard operations at our Tulsa facility. The role involves mechanical assembly work, material handling, and shipping preparation in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Pay is $18.00 per hour with a schedule Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Previous experience is not required, but candidates must be reliable, safety-minded, and able to lift 50+ pounds while operating forklifts and overhead cranes when

Qualifications

• Previous industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on feet for extended periods.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic tool experience.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and self-motivated.
• Good attendance and dependability required.

Responsibilities

• Bolt up large valves using torque wrenches and basic mechanical tools.
• Move and stage pipe spools and materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, and during trailer loading.
• Prepare, palletize, and process shipments for outbound delivery.
• Assist with shipping & receiving activities as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and shop protocols at all times.
• Perform additional general labor tasks as assigned.
