Job summary

HireCall is seeking Shop Helpers for an air-cooler manufacturing facility in Claremore, OK. The role involves assisting with general shop tasks, using hand and power tools, and reading blueprints on a fast-paced production floor.

Shifts include 1st and 2nd with overtime and Saturdays as needed. Candidates should be dependable, willing to learn, and able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility. Prior manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with interest in learning equipment and processes.
• Experience using hand and power tools is expected.
• Ability to read blueprints is preferred.

Shop Helper – Claremore, OK

HireCall is seeking Shop Helpers for an air-cooler manufacturing facility in Claremore, OK. Day and night shifts are available. Current positions are helpers in the following departments: Finning, Hydro, Assembly, Laser, Fabrication and Headers.

This is a great opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals who are looking to build their manufacturing skills.

Schedule

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Monday – Friday with required overtime, including Saturdays as needed

Job Duties

Assist with general shop and production duties. Use hand and power tools. Measure materials using a tape measure. Assist with machine operation and manufacturing processes. Assist skilled employees with assembly and production tasks. Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Move and organize materials throughout the facility. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow safety procedures and production instructions. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred. Mechanically inclined with an interest in learning manufacturing equipment and processes. Experience using hand and power tools. Experience operating machinery or production equipment preferred. Ability to read and use a tape measure. Ability to read blueprints preferred. Must be dependable and willing to work required overtime. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Ability to lift and perform physical shop duties. Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
