You’ll be responsible for :

• Installing or repairing doors (interior / exterior), including doorframes, handles, and locks.
• Performing flooring installation, such as hardwood, tile, laminate, or vinyl flooring.
• Fixing window frames, replacing glass, and installing weatherstripping for energy efficiency.
• Building or repairing furniture, including assembly, disassembly, and customization.
• Installing and repairing appliances, including microwaves, dishwashers, and washing machines.
• Addressing general maintenance tasks like tightening bolts, replacing seals, and cleaning gutters.
• Painting walls, ceilings, doors, and trim, and doing touch-ups or complete re-paint jobs.
• Minor carpentry tasks, such as repairing furniture, framing, and constructing shelving units.
• Pressure washing exterior surfaces like decks, patios, and siding.
• Repairing or replacing light fixtures and general handyman work for everyday issues.
