General Gastroenterologist Positions with HonorHealth

Join a leading health system in Arizona with locations in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, and Peoria. HonorHealth, a nine-hospital system in the Phoenix metro area, is expanding and seeking board-certified or board-eligible general gastroenterologists to join our thriving, physician-led HonorHealth Gastroenterology Team. With 27 employed GI specialists, an extensive NP/PA support team, and GI Fellowship, we offer an exceptional opportunity to practice high-quality medicine in a collaborative, innovative environment. A separate Advanced Gastroenterology service provides continual support to the general GI team for complex cases.

HonorHealth is the primary teaching affiliate of Arizona State University’s John Shufeldt School of Medicine and Medical Engineering, opening in 2026, which will provide additional opportunities for professional growth and faculty development (optional).

• Inpatient service rotation averages one week out of four or greater for locations without a GI Hospitalist; some locations have a GI Hospitalist Program
• GI Hospitalist pilot at select locations reduces inpatient schedule
