Position Highlights:

• Established Patient Base - Immediate volume driven by strong population growth and referral network
• Procedure-Focused Practice - Majority of time spent in endoscopy with high daily procedural volume (16-20 cases/day)
• Balanced Schedule - 5-day work week with approximately 1/2-1 day of clinic per week
• Advanced Endoscopy Available - ERCP and EUS supported; advanced training welcomed but not required
• APP-Supported Clinic Model - APPs assist with clinic visits, allowing physicians to focus on procedures
• Shared Call Structure - Call evenly distributed among providers with inpatient responsibilities limited to call
• Modern Infrastructure - MAC anesthesia support and transition to EPIC EMR
• Large Service Area - Draw area of 260,000+ patients across 8,100 square miles
• Visa Support Available - J-1, H-1b
