Job summary

HonorHealth Gastroenterology in the Phoenix metro area offers two great practice options in Scottsdale, Phoenix and Mesa. This hospital-employed position includes abundant NP/PA support, a robust GI service, and potential ASC ownership opportunities.

Flexible outpatient structure with full-day endoscopy or half-day clinic and half-day endoscopy; clinic visits 20–40 minutes; start times 7:00–8:30 AM; access to an ASC with ownership opportunities and inpatient rotations as needed.

Responsibilities

• 27 employed GI specialists,
• Extensive NP/PA support team, and
• GI Fellows provides opportunity to be core faculty (optional)
• Robust separate advanced gastroenterology service
• Flexible outpatient structure: full-day endoscopy or half day clinic and half day endoscopy
• Clinic visit times range from 20, 30, or 40 minutes per patient
• Start times designed around your needs which range from 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM
• Access to state-of-the-­art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with ownership opportunities
• Inpatient service rotation averages one week out of four or greater depending on campus
• 5 Call days per month
• Guaranteed base salary + unlimited UPSIDE wRVU quarterly
• $100,000 signing with relo if applicable
• Physician-led decision-making in clinical care, compensation, and team development
